Rehab is discovery.
Recovery is what comes after.
Recovery is what happens when someone steps back into the real world and chooses to live clean, sober, and differently, one day at a time.
Shepherd’s Path was created to serve as a bridge in that moment.
A bridge between incarceration and freedom.
A bridge between rehab and real life.
A bridge between discovery and true recovery.
Too many people leave jail, prison or treatment programs with a plan, but without support, resources, or basic necessities needed to follow through. This is a gap where people fall.
We exist to stand in this gap.
We provide essential items, guidance, and community connections to help individuals transition into sober living, halfway houses, recovery homes and stable environment’s with dignity and direction.
We are not a counseling service.
We are not a facility.
We are the bridge to what comes next.
